Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services Teen Education Network program (TOPS TEN) addresses 10 key issues challenging today's teens.

- Choosing Abstinence
- Healthy Decisions
- Steps of Intimacy
- Birth Control Choices
- Healthy Futures and Pre-Conception Health Practices
- STD's/STI's
- HIV/AIDS
- Reaching Goals
- Real Life Skills
This information is provided throughout 16 hours of classes (eight 2 hour classes), and includes guest speakers concerning topics such as:
- Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence
- Rape/Date Rape
- Living with HIV/AIDS
Parent workshops are also available for parents of pre-teens and teens concerning how to speak with adolescents about sexual health.
